  • Paco is a certified emotional intelligence coach with extensive experience supporting leaders to enhance their ability to build positive relationships and a healthy work environment..
  • He has been Latin America Director for companies dedicated to leadership development, working in Mexico, the US, Chile, Argentina and Guatemala, Associate Director in conservation projects with NGOs in California, Utah and Nevada and NOLS in Mexico.

MIGUEL RAMIREZ
Organization Development Practice Leader
  • Miguel holds a business bachelor degree and has certifications in effective negotiation from Harvard University, Leadership Architect and Learning Agility from Korn Ferry and has extensive experience in the automotive, mining and railway industries, providing services for operations in Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Chile and Argentina.
  • He has 20 years of experience in human resources, focused on the implementation of human resources systems and processes, such as performance management and talent acquisition, talent identification and management, organizational redesign, compensations and the design and administration of learning and development programs.
  • He is currently engaged in HR processes consulting and in designing and facilitate learning and development programs..
  • In addition to his experience in Human Resources, Miguel has been a security auditor for SAP systems operating in 7 countries in Latin America, has led maintenance teams in General Motors plants, has worked in banks and has been part of the management team of one of the most important intermodal and railway terminals in Mexico.

JUAN ALLISON
Labor Relations Practice Leader
  • Juan has 40 years of experience leading Human Resources departments in the automotive, mining, and  cleaning, hygiene, and health products industries, such as GM, Kimberly Clark, Motorola, Ford, and Goldcorp.
  • During his professional career, he has been responsible for designing of the labor strategy for the administration of multiple collective negotiations, among which stands out General Motors, where he was responsible for the strategy of 6 contracts for 8,700 direct employees. He also coordinated the labor relations strategy for 8,900 employees at Kimberly Clark and was a leader in the design and implementation of the strategy to prevent the incursion of radical unions into operations in Central America with great success.
  • Juan spent 6 years running the second largest mining operation in Mexico with the National Miners Union's largest collective bargaining at a mining site that is home to 6,000 people
  • He was part of the pioneering team in the implementation of self-directed teams when he led the human resources strategy at the Silao Complex and then at the Hermosillo Ford Plant, both plants were considered the best in GM and Ford facilities during that period.

    He is currently dedicated to consulting in Labor Relations and OD in the maquiladora industry in northern Mexico.
